This decree enters into force ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication. Prime-Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. During the operation of facilities, compliance with the requirements of these Rules and other regulatory legal acts containing fire safety requirements for the operation of facilities approved in the prescribed manner is ensured. Fire safety at the facility is provided by the owners of facilities, heads of organizations, enterprises, regardless of ownership, as well as individual entrepreneurs hereinafter referred to as the head of the organization. In order to ensure fire safety, the heads of organizations in the prescribed manner appoint those responsible for ensuring fire safety in certain areas of work. For each facility with the exception of individual residential buildings , the head of the organization approves an instruction on fire safety measures that establishes a fire regime corresponding to their fire hazard, in accordance with Appendix to these Rules.
